The hotel's location is perfect and magnificent, close to the special restaurant, Crete in the near future and shops and bars.

Good sized and well-designed unit with 2 bathrooms. A mini-bar, a TV set, and a couch in the bedroom.

the rooms were reasonably priced and brand-new, hotel's staff were hard-working people in the main the service. perfect location right on the sea front with a beach across the road, lovely pool.

The location was remote, close to the main restaurant Maïtre Cristos, Stalis and Malia and the moat / river. Moreover, it was 3 km from Roman Fountain.

Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was brilliant. Twin room included two TVs, a storage, and coffee. The location was marvellous, in Theatre bar area which was where the children's entertainment took place, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The location is perfect and excellent for exploring Hersonissos. The bungalow overlooks the sea and includes an electric kettle and glassware.

The breakfast spread was varied and perfect with live music. Stunning and good location in six months at Laguna, met requests.

The place was fully equipped and had very hard working staff from check-in to check-out and in between, loved the stay. Stayed in air-conditioned family bungalow really comfortable with a nice large balcony.

Fully equipped and nicely designed place for holidays with pleasant view of the sea. A lot of cereal and eggs available in the restaurant for breakfast. Perfect and nice location close to airport, really great facilities. Free parking, very efficient service. Very clean pool area too.

We had a great time at Mitsis Alila, the best hotel we've been to so far. The hotel is very clean, the staff is nice, and the room was quite big. The facilities are great and the hotel is located right on the beach. It's highly recommended, especially for families with young kids. The food was good, although it didn't change much from day to day. Mitsis hotels provide excellent service and hospitality.

The decoration of the room was very nice. The choice of food was great and the service was also good.

Unfortunately we did not know that it was a very big hotel and therefore there were a lot of people there, so it easily had the character of "mass" production. So less familiar.

Breakfast, food overall was wonderful

The management, staff still had to be really honest. Although we had reserved a room with sea view, they wanted to give us a simple room. You have to pay attention to this.

Reasonably clean and top-class place, has beautiful views over the bay. The bungalow is brand-new and has a balcony, a storage space, and a safe. The location is perfect and excellent and they have parking onsite. The à la carte restaurant in the hotel is particularly good.

Our recent stay at Mitsis in Hersonissos was exceptional. We were there for a relaxing vacation and stayed for a week. The hotel's decor was lovely, combining traditional Greek design with contemporary elements. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or requests. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. The multiple pools, including one for kids, were a highlight of our stay. The selection of food was outstanding, with a great variety of options available in the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants, especially the fish and Italian ones, were delicious. The champagne and sushi bar for adults offered a romantic atmosphere with beautiful views.
